If you are travelling from South you should exit the A1 at Coimbra, then take IP3 towards Viseu until the exit for IC12 Nelas. In Nelas and later on in Seia (N17), follow the Gouveia direction on the same road.

If you are travelling from North you should exit the A1 at Albergaria and follow A25 towards Viseu / Vilar Formoso, until Mangualde exit where you should take the Gouveia direction
