The challenge, in 2012, was to create a slogan for Grupo Lena Turismo. To participate, it was necessary, for guests, to fill out the survey of satisfaction available in the rooms in hotels Eurosol Leiria, Jardim Residence, Alcanena, Seia Camelo, Gouveia, Vitor's Plaza and Vitor's Village and also at the Palace Hotel Monte Real.
The intention to encourage customers to give their opinion relates to the fact that Lena Turismo Group is guided by the constant search for continuous improvement.
The draw 'Best Slogan' ran until June 2013, in all hotels in the Lena Turismo Group. By delivering the satisfaction survey filled out, the client was automatically qualified to win one of three prizes.
The winners were:
- Third prize: two nights for two people in bed and breakfast basis, to Marco Fontes, client of Eurosol Residence in March 2013;
- Second prize: five nights for two people in a bed and breakfast basis, belongs to Ana Rita Queiroz, client of Palace Hotel Monte Real, in August 2012;
- First prize: seven nights for two people in a bed and breakfast basis, attributed to Rita Campos, client of Eurosol Seia Camelo, in November 2012.
The stays can be enjoyed in one of the units: Eurosol Leiria e Jardim, Eurosol Residence Hotel Apartamento, Eurosol Alcanena, Eurosol Estarreja & Spa, Eurosol Seia Camelo or Eurosol Gouveia.
To continue to monitor the opinions of customers and maintain some incentive for our guests, we have launched a new draw, taking place between July and December 2013. In this new oppotunity, the guests just have to fill out the questionnaire to qualify themselves for two nights' accommodation with breakfast included for two people in EUROSOL SEIA Camelo.
